Scott Leydin to present at Supply Chain Management Conference - 18th August 2009

Scott will now be making a presentation titled "Effective Strategies for Managing Service Providers" - the 45 minute presentation will cover the following topics:

• Understanding the true costs of outsourced services

• Developing effective service level agreements (SLA’s)

• Establishing KPIs to monitor service provider performance, and addressing problems as they arise

• Working with service providers to reduce costs in the current economic environment

Scott presentation will take place at 2.15 pm on Monday the 24th of August.

This workshop is part of a the 2nd Annual Supply Chain Management Conference organised by the Tonkin Corporation.

Leydin Consulting Group Re-Launch - 27th May 2009

        
After a short stint as the General Manager of one of Australia's leading express transport and logistics companies  Scott has re-launched his supply chain management consulting business.
 

Prior to his role with the AirRoad Group, Scott successfully established and managed Leydin Consulting Group and worked with a number of blue chip clients including Hewlett Packard, DHL, the Spotless Group, Capital Finance, the RAFF, MYOB and many others.

The main focus of Leydin Consulting Group MK II will be to work closely with import and distribution companies and assist them to reduce their supply chain costs and to effectively manage their 3^rd Party Logistics (3PL) service providers.
